Ginger

Herbaceous perennial plant (Zingiber officinale; family Zingiberaceae), its aromatic, pungent rhizome, which is used as a spice, flavoring, food, and medicine. The spice has a slightly biting taste and is used, usually dried and ground, to flavor breads, sauces, curry dishes, confections, pickles, and ginger ale.

Cinnamon

Bushy evergreen tree (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) of the laurel family. The light-brown spice has a delicately fragrant aroma and warm, sweet flavor. The types of cinnamon Partners Group deals with are:
