2) Verify the company’s office address, telephone, fax and emails. Visit the companies’ stated office address for visual inspection and confirmation whether the company deals in such projects or commodities. Verify there is sufficient staff to undertake the project i.e. construction based, and / or trading.

3) Ensure the people you are dealing with are truly in existent and representing their company.

4) We shall also liaise with the Company’s Secretary at their Registered Company’s address.

5) Visit the company warehouse, factory or yard to verify existence and most important is it owned and operated by the said company.

6) Act on behalf of our client for any specific requirements, subject to confirmation.
