Management Team + NIXON KAYE LIONEL, QA / QC Director Nixon Lionel is responsible for the Quality Assurance & Quality Control. His earlier experience was from a shipyard in the welding section. Subsequently, after 12 years in the shipyard he took-up a course as a Welding Inspector and in the early 90's he joined an inspection company in Kuala Lumpur where he was involved in Inspection, Expediting and later was promoted to a Lead Inspector. His major assignment was when he was posted to China for the Yacheng Gas Pipeline Project as an Inspector for Arco China. Then upon completion of that project he was stationed in Pentagon Engineering for about a year for a major assignment as a Lead Inspector for the MLNG II & BSTAB Project reporting directly to John Zink ( USA ). Later he joined Pentagon Engineering S/B as a QA / QC Manager where he earned his reputation in setting-up a quality system for the organization. He also wrote various procedures apart from the QA Manual which was designed in accordance to the ISO requirement and put it to practice. Then in 1999 he headed the organization in achieving their U & S stamp accreditation from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). He had set-up a system for the last company and designed the QA Manual in accordance to the ISO 9001:2000 requirement. + LEE HIM THAI, Technical Director Lee Him Thai is responsible for the Mechanical & Engineering works and also managing projects. He has vast experiences where he started-off as a Draughtsman then subsequently worked his way up where he was a Site Supervisor, Project Coordinator, Factory Manager and to a Project Manager. He is very well verse in the various Code requirements such as ASME, AWS, API, BS EN….etc and also on ISO documentation. His capabilities built throughout these years as a Project Manager where his scope of work include Customer Liaison, Estimating & Tendering, Project Planning, Execution & Implementation, Project Procurement, Quality Records and Document Control, Workshop Planning & Housekeeping, Liaison with (JKKP) on PTI & PTO, Liaison with Local Authorities (JKKP) for Design Approval and Third Party such as Lloyd's Register, ABS and others for certification. Finally, with the last company he was involved with the Transport Company engaged on Heavy Lifting for project cargoes.
