We act as a worldwide operating broker, intermediary, facilitator and seller/buyer mandate that have a strong presence in the global markets.

We are currently looking for genuine suppliers/manufacturers, buyers to develop serious long term business relations. We have serious buyers from Europe, North & South America, Middle East, China, Hong Kong, and Australia.  

Our responsibilities:  
- To examine offers presented to us.  
- To verify buyers and sellers respective backgrounds. 
- To negotiate between sellers and/or buyers.  
- To facilitate business contacts for individual transactions.  
- To develop business plans for funding, financing and project development.

- To satisfy buyers and/or sellers. 
- To set and maintain a high standard of professionalism. 
- To research, explore and promote new markets for sellers and buyers.  
- To expand our network base.
- To ensure fair business dealings.

As per your request, we will send soft offers available where you have to follow the soft procedures or suggest a solution from the buyers/sellers position. If suitable then we can move forward based on procedures.  

Commissions will be discussed early on but Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA) will only be issued by the seller after financial instrument has been opened and performance bond initiated.
